High-Density Storage Engineering Heavy-Duty Push Back Racking Systems
Remprack Storage Solutions Co., Ltd. engineers and manufactures industrial push back racking systems designed for high-density warehouse storage. Push back racking allows pallets to be stored 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 deep per lane while using a single aisle for loading and unloading (LIFO - Last In, First Out stock rotation). By eliminating internal forklift aisles, push back racking increases pallet storage density by up to 75% compared to standard selective pallet racking.
Our systems feature heavy-gauge nested trolley carts resting on inclined precision steel rails. When a forklift loads a pallet, it gently pushes the existing pallet back to expose the next cart beneath. Gravity automatically glides pallets forward to the picking face when a pallet is removed.
Technical Parameters Technical Specifications & Design Capability
Every push back racking layout is engineered by Remprack Storage Solutions Co., Ltd. according to international structural design standards (including FEM 10.2.02 and RMI standards). We analyze beam deflection, frame loading, seismic zones, and forklift clearance to deliver safe storage installations.
